🌏 First Philippine Virtual Outreach: St. Joseph Institute Ilocos Region

7th graders engaged in the virtual lecture

On November 17, 2025, Hope in Every Box Foundation, together with Safe Start Health Foundation, completed its first virtual outreach in the Philippines through a Zoom session with 7th graders from St. Joseph Institute in the Ilocos Region.

Alyssa and her Co-Founders introduced the students to basic biology, including DNA, RNA, the human body, and first aid essentials. Even through Zoom, the students were highly engaged—asking questions, sharing ideas, and participating enthusiastically.

To wrap up the session, the team held a short Q&A to check what the kids learned. Their excitement was rewarded with small prizes (chocolates!) to encourage participation and build confidence.

This successful outreach marks a meaningful start to expanding our educational programs to more communities across the Philippines—one virtual connection at a time.
